12th March 2010 - nicci hallas: Hi, i have two horses with a lot of rugs! what do you charge for cleaning/repairs etc and would you offer a discount for a job lot? Is your laundry in Newton Abbot, as I drove past what I think is it today and was wondering what your charges would be if I dropped them off to your site. I amalso interested in your tailored worming svc, I try to keep my horses as natual as poss and usualy only worm them a few times a year when i move them onto a new pasture, I would be interested to hear your advise. Thankk you Thank you for your enquiry. Our charge for rug cleaning is £15.95 for a standard neck, £21.95 for a rug with a neck. The charge for a wash and reproof is £20.95 for a standard neck, and £26.95 for a rug with a neck. The charge for repairs is dependant upon the work that needs to be done. Unfortunately we use a different service to the one you spotted! With regards to our tailored worming service, our advice will depend upon your horse and pasture management routine. If you like to keep your routine as natural as possible then I strongly recommend that you run worm egg counts to check whether you have a problem before treating your horses. We provide kits which are £22.50 for 2 horses. We also offer advice on the most effective drugs to use at different times of the year.
