Most orders are dispatched the same day for instock items however, at peak times or when stock is limited delays may occur. At such times, please allow 28 days for delivery. You will be advised of any expected delays once we have received your order..
It is important that a signatory is available to sign for the consignment at the advised delivery address only. Courier companies may make additional charges for second attempt deliveries or may require the addressee to collect from their local depot. If a signatory is not available at your usual address please consider an alternative delivery address where a representative for yourself is available to sign, or designate your workplace as your preferred delivery location. Please note parcels that are returned to Town and Country Supplies where a signature could not be obtained, and have not been collected from the courier's depot within seven days, will be subject to a £15.00 couriers charge.
We accept no liability for loss or damage during transit.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order.
We operate a common sense policy
Goods supplied from our on-line shopping site can be returned for a full refund less postage, on items that are unsoiled and in the same condition as dispatched, goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
The item must be in a new, re-saleable condition to be accepted back by us.
We will not accept items that have become dirty, even if subsequently cleaned!
If the item arrived in a manufactuters box then it must be returned in the same box.
Goods being returned to Town and Country Supplies are the responsibility of the sender. We would advise that you obtain a certificate of dispatch.
We will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Please send all returns to the address above, quoting customer name, number and reason for return.
Good being returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health and safety Act 1972.
Goods that are deemed faulty due to manufacture should be returned for our inspection. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods, we will reimburse all your normal carriage costs if they are deemed faulty, however,please remember when arranging your return, we WILL NOT pay more than carriage costs stated on our delivery section.Please call us if you cannot find a courier for less than these rates. We make every effort to maintain accurate prices on our web site, however, this is not always possible for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to discontinue any item and to change prices when necessary.
On line purchases: It is our policy to only charge for in-stock items ready for dispatch, items not in-stock or to follow will be charged for only at the time of dispatch.
Payments by Credit/Debit Card
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Delta or Switch. Please include your expiry date and switch issue number.
Payments by Cheque or Postal Order
Please make your cheques payable to Town and Country Supplies. Remember to put your Bank Card details on the reverse side. NB: Please allow six working days to clear payments by cheque.
